Working hour: 8am - 11pm (rotational shift) Position Overview: • As a Junior Banking Customer Service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our banking products and services. • To provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their banking needs and inquiries. • To stay informed about our banking products and services, enabling you to guide customers effectively in choosing the right solutions for their financial goals. • To resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. • To accurately record customer interactions and transactions while maintaining confidentiality and data security. • To adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure the integrity and security of customer accounts and transactions. • To work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and provide seamless support Requirements: • Max age 32 years & Open for local Malaysian only • Good English (level B2 and above) • Diploma & Bachelor open for fresh graduates • Min 1–2-year experience in customer service/call center for Diploma & Bachelor holder • Willing to work under banking industry • Contract 6 months (renewal/permanent based on candidate performance)
