  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Executive, Total Rewards (Payroll) based in Singapore

This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards.

Our client is a popular bakery chain known for its wide range of freshly baked bread, cakes, and pastries. Established since 2000, it has since expanded internationally, offering innovative and delicious products. The brand has become a household name, loved for its modern approach to traditional bakery products. They are looking for a Senior Executive, Total Rewards (Payroll), based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily payroll department operations.
  • Ensure all queries are proactively response from/ to vendor and HRBP.
  • Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS claims
  • Submit Government Paid Leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare & etc)
  • Attend to Finance queries.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legislations.
  • Make recommendation on work process improvement whenever necessary.
  • Any HR/ Payroll projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
  • Knowledge in Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation.
  • Experience with SAP Success Factor will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills.
  • Must be resilient and adaptable to changes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
