  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Descriptions

  • Help desk support for retail shop IT issue
  • Attend 1st level troubleshooting which includes hardware, POS, software, OS, application, system, IT peripherals, network infrastructure problem arise
  • Delegate issue ticket to relevant party and follow up until issue is solved
  • Daily monitoring and react on network connectivity issue
  • Ability to work independently, initiative and responsible
  • Willing to work in rotational shift
  • Able to travel if required

Role Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Experience in 1st level IT support or related disciplines will be added advantage
  • Possess own transport
  • Willing to travel around Malaysia
  • Willing to work in rotational shift and weekend
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
