Job Description
- Coordinate, compile and analyze respective section’s reports related to HSE and direct to PM/SHO Officers.
- Ensure the operational procedure of HSE are followed accordingly.
- Assist in conducting inspections at workplace to ensure HSE standards are met and being enforced consistently.
- Assist in conducting HSE/SEO inspections and audits to ensure compliance to HSE system and policies.
- Collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease which have occurred at the respective sections.
- Manage and assist investigation and reporting of health and safety incidents and hazard assessments.
- Issue NCR those not follow or not comply procedure
- Attend to HSE related meetings in respective section.
- All HSE issues, updates and incidents are to be made aware
- Coordinate and update training, traffic and security issues from sections to PM/SHO Officer
- Coordinate and update EMP issues from sections
- Carry out any other instruction made by the employer or any person on charge of the place of work on any matters pertaining to HSE of the place of work.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in construction field
- Able to outstation and to be relocated as required.
- Able to coordinate with sections and report to HQ.
- Able to guide sections' SHOs on HSE coordination.
