  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Molding Technician to check and monitor the machine and part reject of production issues. Aside the candidates need to ensure the machine is running smoothly and part come out is in good conditions.

Responsibilities :-

  • Maintain and check molding machines, molds and auxiliary equipment in accordance with standard procedures. Maintaining an acceptable level of production, quality, and housekeeping in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Carry out daily checking - implementation for production machine performances and process stability.
  • Perform trouble shooting, improving of production quality.
  • Assist in cleaning of hot tip, heater manifold etc.
  • Maintain all spare parts and accessories in storage area.
  • Maintain good housekeeping at work area and machinery area.
  • Report to supervisor immediately if found damages to mould, machinery and equipment.
  • Lead and guide set up man.
  • To maintain efficiency, Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping and safety in the production space.
  • To work out and follow up closely with production leader and operators to achieve production goal-Achieve Product yield 95% and reject rate less than 3% to 5%.
  • To support all digitalization initiatives in Meiban’s factory.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements :-

  • SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding industry is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
  • Good knowledge of molding plastic in term of follow up and trouble shooting.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
