  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

  • To cross-check the incoming drawings, documents for discrepancies, prepare project quality plan, work program, method statements, shop drawings and resolve all engineering and technical issues
  • Managing development builds and evaluation on the line.
  • Managing APQP Document.
  • Provide process guidelines during development builds and review mechanical performance per KPI targets
  • Perform failure analysis and put in place required corrective actions
  • Evaluate and qualify new processes, tooling/equipment & materials and recommend design concepts to best utilize equipment & improve the process.
  • Review all qualification data and analyze data. Initiate if any adjustments/improvements to the processes are required
  • To optimize the utilization of the equipment and facilities
  • Analysis of current operations, their methods and resource utilization and recommend alternative methods aimed at improving efficiency in the use of labour, people and machines.
  • To organize and troubleshoot any tooling downtime and modification in Production line.
  • To ensure department procedure are fully intact with current status.
  • Undertakes detailed work-study on current or new product lines as directed by superior.
  • Performs any other job/function that may be assigned to him by his superior

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Mechanical Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
  • Innovative, analytical, cost conscious and good communication skills to interact with all levels
  • Required skill(s): AutoCad, PC Tools (esp. Excel) and other work measurement methods
  • Experience in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing would be an added advantage
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras Jaya,Balakong.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
