【Job Responsibilities】Lead the development of mobile user-facing products, constructing a comprehensive product ecosystem that encompasses advanced user behavior analysis, AI-driven product innovation, project initiation, strategic roadmap planning, and in-depth requirement analysis to create a scalable and high-impact product. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-launch optimization, ensuring seamless integration of new features while maintaining platform stability, scalability, and security. Drive the design of product interfaces, functionalities, and workflows while implementing cutting-edge UX/UI principles, A/B testing frameworks, and AI-powered personalization to enhance user engagement and retention. Coordinate and manage complex cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones while balancing technical feasibility, business goals, and user needs. Develop and execute a data-driven product strategy, leveraging predictive analytics, machine learning insights, and real-time user feedback loops to refine product offerings and optimize KPIs such as retention, monetization, and engagement. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking, utilizing big data analysis, sentiment analysis, and growth hacking techniques to identify emerging industry trends, new market opportunities, and evolving user needs. Define and manage product KPIs, setting aggressive but achievable goals for user acquisition, activation, and conversion while driving experimentation through growth loops and viral mechanisms. Formulate monetization strategies, optimizing subscription models, in-app purchases, and ad-based revenue streams, while balancing profitability with user satisfaction and long-term growth. Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy standards, collaborating with legal and security teams to navigate complex compliance frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations in digital product management. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering agile development methodologies, rapid prototyping, and design thinking workshops to push boundaries and deliver best-in-class digital experiences. 【Job Requirements】 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for working with diverse stakeholders Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in internet or mobile internet product design, product management, or digital innovation. Deep understanding of internet and mobile ecosystems, including user behavior patterns, engagement strategies, and emerging industry shifts, with the ability to predict and adapt to evolving digital trends. Proven ability to analyze market dynamics, anticipate industry disruptions, and identify untapped opportunities, demonstrating innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to conceptualize and execute groundbreaking digital product ideas. Extensive experience in user research methodologies, behavioral analytics, and needs analysis, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and a customer-first approach to enhance user experience and engagement. Proficiency in A/B testing, UX/UI best practices, and data visualization, ensuring product designs are not only innovative but also intuitive, user-friendly, and optimized for retention and conversion. Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business strategies, backed by outstanding presentation, documentation, and communication skills to align and influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership. Hands-on experience with product development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup, with a strong track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets, track key performance metrics (KPIs), and derive actionable insights to drive continuous product improvements. Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment, demonstrating exceptional adaptability, ownership, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
