Basic Functions :-

Handle full set of accounts (includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, tax and treasury) and various all other related matters of the assigned companies.

Duties & Responsibilities :-

  • Ensure to maintain reports and required schedules/reconciliation (Perform bank reconciliation, system reconciliation etc).
  • Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required.
  • Ensure proper revenue recognition and provision.
  • Invoicing, reconciliation, and aging monitoring.
  • Ensure the monthly financial reports are prepared on an accurate and timely manner.
  • Closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within the finance department and other departments such as marketing, sales, respective business units etc, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in various accounting matters, statutory reporting requirements, annual budget, and forecasts.
  • Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required.

Minimum Qualification :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or similar
  • Professional Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance of full set accounts
  • Familiar with accounting system - Xero would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Especially excel skills)
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
