Basic Functions :-
Handle full set of accounts (includes general accounting, account receivable, account payable, tax and treasury) and various all other related matters of the assigned companies.
Duties & Responsibilities :-
- Ensure to maintain reports and required schedules/reconciliation (Perform bank reconciliation, system reconciliation etc).
- Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required.
- Ensure proper revenue recognition and provision.
- Invoicing, reconciliation, and aging monitoring.
- Ensure the monthly financial reports are prepared on an accurate and timely manner.
- Closely following up on necessary approvals, prepare and execute payment process.
- Liaise with various stakeholders within the finance department and other departments such as marketing, sales, respective business units etc, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in various accounting matters, statutory reporting requirements, annual budget, and forecasts.
- Ad-hoc assignments will be provided as required.
Minimum Qualification :-
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or similar
- Professional Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance of full set accounts
- Familiar with accounting system - Xero would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Especially excel skills)
- Excellent written and spoken English
