  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Conduct regular asset inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and replacement requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, including acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history

Manage asset inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged and accounted for

Develop and implement asset preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and procedures

Providing technical support and advice to other departments and staff on asset management.

Assessing the life cycle of assets and making recommendations for upgrades or replacements

Providing technical support and advice on asset management

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Performing risk assessments and formulating contingency plans

Coordinating with other departments to optimize asset utilization

Keeping accurate records of assets, including information on their condition, location, and cost

Developing cost-effective asset management solutions to minimize expenses

Training staff in asset management procedures and best practices

Collaborate with procurement department for asset procurement and disposal.

Perform regular asset audits and maintain asset register.

Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure their operational effectiveness

Documenting all maintenance and repair activities accurately to track progress and ensure compliance with regulations

Keeping up-to-date with new systems and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance needs.

To provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering shift Chargeman, Supervisors and to co-ordinate the activities of the engineers to achieve the defined objectives.

Daily coordination of the Technical services department in his/her area of responsibility.

To assume all the responsibilities and authority of the chief engineer in his absence.

Always keep Chief Engineer informed of all the activities and incidence in the Engineering Department.

Coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for repair and maintenance work.

Represent engineering department on HOD meeting during the absence of Chief engineer.

Prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records, order equipment and supplies.

Ensure that Operational problems are promptly brought to the attention of the Technical Supervisor.

Assist the chief engineer in the day to day work and oversee the preventive maintenance of all equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
