Operation Logistics Coordinator
Job description
1 Arrange transport, manpower & accessories.
2 Liaise with marketing/customers to make sure collection date.
3 Liaise with logistic to prepare custom form.
4 Liaise with internal department to arrange internal transportation.
5 Liaise with site supervisors to arrange manpower to customer site weighting or loading.
6 Liaise with site supervisor or customer to arrange accessories (jumbo bags, containers, roro dumpster or IBC tank) to customer site.
7 Arrange drivers daily collection activities.
8 Prepare daily report collection summary.
9 Monitor drivers daily works, check and verify drivers punch cards/OT.
10 Record and summaries transport expenses (diesel, maintenance, tol), prepare monthly transportation cost for each customer.
Requirements
1 Professional qualification in related field or equivalent;
2 Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position;
3 The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
4 Computer literate, self-motivated, and with high degree of responsibilities;
5 Good leadership skill.
6 Result oriented and willing to work under pressure and tight schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
