We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and orientation.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies, including statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax).
- Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and training programs to support employee development.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR reports, and performance evaluations.
- Support management in HR planning, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
