• To perform accounting and clerical functions to support superior; • To research, track and resolve accounting problems; • To compile and sort invoices and checks; • To reconcile bank statement by comparing statement with the invoice; • To match invoices to work orders; • To issue checks for account payable; • To record business transactions or maintain account databases by entering data into the computer, processing backups; • To contact with the suppliers, contractors, customer or any related person for settling payment issue; • To run the financial report by using the account software; • To protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential; • To perform all other accounting job and other related duties as assigned by superior. • To participate in training opportunities to maintain knowledge and stay abreast of best practices;
