Mewah Group Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Total Reward to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our total reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage total reward strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align reward strategies accordingly.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to compensation and benefits.
  • Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide guidance to management and employees on total reward policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
