Mewah Group Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Total Reward to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our total reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage total reward strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align reward strategies accordingly.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to compensation and benefits.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on total reward policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
