As an Operation Crew member, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, from baking and packaging to logistics and customer service. Your dedication helps maintain product quality and enhances customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Preparation
- Assist in baking a variety of bakery products such as scones, croissants, bombolonis, and cookies.
- Follow recipes and production guidelines to maintain consistent quality.
- Help with ingredient preparation, measuring, and mixing under supervision.
2. Packaging & Presentation
- Properly pack baked goods to maintain freshness and visual appeal.
- Label and organize products for efficient stock management.
- Ensure packaging meets company branding and hygiene standards.
3. Logistics & Stock Management
- Assist in inventory tracking and replenishment of raw materials.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely distribution of products.
- Maintain storage areas following food safety guidelines.
4. Customer Service & Sales
- Attend to customers at retail outlets, pop-up events, or online order pickups.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Support sales efforts by promoting new and seasonal products.
5. Event & Store Operations
- Assist in setting up and managing stalls at events, exhibitions, or markets.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
- Engage with customers to create a positive brand experience.
6. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the kitchen and service areas.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of tools and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience & Education
- Prior experience in a bakery, F&B, or retail setting is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates or those with a keen interest in baking and operations are welcome.
2. Skills
- Basic understanding of food preparation, packaging, and handling.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
