The Maintenance Technician is responsible for Series Technician as a lead to providing support and assistance as needed. Performing routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure their optimal performance. This role involves troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and addressing equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
- (outgoing shift to incoming shift) at the beginning of shift (MOS) with Production Team.
- PM1, sensor verification checklist and lubrication routine.
- by shiftly and prioritize on repair/setup based on Critical Machine (weekly update).
- (up to date to meet GR) and quality issue (IQN, NCR) with leader/supervisor.
- mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues with equipment and systems. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- according to Supervisor/Engineer assignment and escalate to Engineer to get advice if more than 6 hours machine down with details.
- of machinery and facility systems to detect potential problems and ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
- for incoming material quality issue (NCR).
- Attended open SRS and close SRS when complete machine repair.
- Attending and investigating machine related IQN/QN/CTP during shift.
- to supporters and machine runners.
- machine runner and supporter capability, technical skill and measurement method.
- and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and address issues that may impact production or operations.
- Ensure 6s machine in good condition (Wiring, cover, safety fixture, temporary fixed method and etc.)
- Ensure the tooling arrangement in good condition (setup/cutting tool).
- Need to support other series for overall performance.
- Verify machine speed (IE rate).
- Assist Engineer when needed for improvement projects, data analysis and study.
- with Engineer/PM team according to PM schedule, when needed.
- To practice PBM in daily work.
- for process improvements and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing maintenance practices and equipment performance.

2. Mechanical maintenance experience is necessary
3. Electrical maintenance experience is an asset
4. Excellent communication skills with team and ability to understand the needs of customers
5. Strong understanding and conscious of safe work practices
6. Team player and can be a good leader in team
7. High energy and self-motivated
8. Competent in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP & NX experience is an asset
9. Experiences in supporting new product/transfer product implementation
10. GD&T Understanding & Analysis
11. Involve and participate in improvement project (JDI/VCP/Task Force/Minishop)
