  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are seeking a passionate HRBP to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Regional and Various Retail Manpower Deployment Strategies.
  • Formulate manpower deployment strategies based on retail targets, current market conditions, and new product strategies
  • Coordinate with Outlet Managers in Formulating Compensation and Incentive Plans.
  • Coordinate with HR and Retail to Enhance Team Efficiency
  • Streamline the work content of consultants in stores, with clear and focused daily tasks.
  • Standardize store visit procedures. Ensure that the visit process is systematized, actionable, and executable.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
