We are seeking a driven and experienced Digital Marketer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyzing project nature, target audience, and competitor landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Creative Brainstorming: Develop innovative and engaging marketing concepts, including campaign angles, compelling copy, and creative assets. Maintain a creative bank of ideas for ongoing campaigns.
- Ads Setup & Management: Set up and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), including ad account creation, page management, Business Manager setup, and landing page development.
- Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns by adjusting creative elements (hooks, headlines, copy, angles) to maximize ROI.
- Scaling Winning Campaigns: Identify high-performing campaigns and implement strategies to scale them effectively, including budget increases, audience expansion, and the introduction of new creative variations.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, effectively communicating project updates, requesting necessary footage or assets, and addressing any inquiries.
- Budget Management & Reporting: Maintain daily cost tracking for each client's campaigns. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports (weekly/monthly), conduct client meetings to discuss results, and manage budget requests and payments related to advertising platforms.
- Internal Communication: Effectively communicate winning content and campaign insights to the creative team via email and other designated channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as a Digital Marketer, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with crowdfunding campaigns is a plus.
