Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training programs focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sales. The Trainer will play a crucial role in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve and exceed targets. This is a one-year contract position with the possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities:

  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related to KPIs and Sales performance.
  • Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and online resources, aligned with identified needs and business objectives.
  • Delivery of Training: Facilitate interactive and effective training sessions using a variety of methodologies, including classroom instruction, workshops, online learning, and on-the-job coaching.
  • KPI Training: Deliver comprehensive training on understanding, tracking, and improving key performance indicators relevant to sales and other relevant departments. This includes training on data interpretation, performance analysis, and action planning.
  • Sales Training: Conduct sales training programs covering various aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, needs analysis, presentation skills, objection handling, closing techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance tracking to ensure learning outcomes are met and make necessary adjustments.
  • Training Logistics: Manage all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, material preparation, and participant communication.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry best practices in training methodologies, sales techniques, and KPI management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Managers, Department Heads, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business goals and address specific team needs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Education) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer, preferably with a focus on KPI and Sales training.
  • Strong understanding of KPI management principles and sales methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Proficient in developing and delivering training materials using various formats.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent 1 interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
