Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, monitor inventory levels, and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage.
- Product Display: Arrange products attractively, maintain displays, and uphold cleanliness to enhance customer engagement.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in promoting products, tracking fast-moving items, and achieving sales targets.
- Market Feedback: Monitor competitor activities, gather customer insights, and recommend improvements for better product placement.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on stock levels, sales trends, and issues such as damaged or returned goods.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
