- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our real estate services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Any Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and prefer mandarin speaker as need to liaise with the China guest.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Willing to work on rotational shift (9am to 6pm or 6pm to 2am)
- Willing to work in Setia Alam.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
