Account (General Ledger) Non exec level
Job description
General Ledger Management:
Maintain and oversee all general ledger accounts.
Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, adjustments, and other financial
transactions.
Account Reconciliation:
Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany balances, and other key
ledger accounts.
Month-End and Year-End Close:
Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow
statements
Compliance and Controls:
Support audits by providing documentation and explanations to auditors
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other departments to ensure
accurate and timely recording of transactions.
Partner with external parties such as auditors, consultants, and regulators as needed.
