Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Operations Management:
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the company’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule and track vehicle assignments, availability, and usage for operational needs.
- Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to maintain roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and other regulatory documents.
- Ensure all fleet activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Fuel & Cost Management:
- Monitor and analyze fuel consumption, ensuring cost-efficiency and identifying areas for savings.
- Manage fuel card usage and resolve discrepancies in fuel expenses.
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
- Liaise with vehicle service providers, suppliers, and insurance companies to ensure cost-effective and timely services.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for fleet-related services, such as maintenance and leasing.
- Driver and Staff Management:
- Maintain a database of all drivers, including licenses and performance records.
- Conduct driver safety training sessions and enforce driving policies.
- Fleet Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate periodic reports on fleet performance, utilization, expenses, and maintenance schedules.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in fleet management.
- Incident and Risk Management:
- Handle accident reports, insurance claims, and investigations promptly and professionally.
- Implement safety and risk reduction strategies, including GPS tracking and driver behavior monitoring.
- Technology and System Management:
- Manage fleet management software for vehicle tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies to improve fleet operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 of experience in fleet management or a related role.
- Proven experience managing vehicle maintenance, compliance, and driver relations.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to create and interpret fleet performance data.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
