  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to source and secure tenants for the shopping mall to meet leasing targets
  • Assist to conduct marketing research in keeping-up with market trends
  • Attend to leasing enquiries and compile information from potential retailers
  • Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall
  • Ensure that all leasing documentation are in good order
  • Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements
  • Maintain strong and good relationships with existing and new tenants

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in retail mall management
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Communication skills in Mandarin would be added advantage
  • Well-organized, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight dead-lines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
