Job Description:
Customer Relationship Management
- CRM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaboration: Look for Marketing opportunities and Collaborations with brands/tenants.
- Customer Enquiries: Manage customer feedback, ensuring all concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Member Communication: Develop and implement strategies for member communication, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, app push notifications etc.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for data privacy and security.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain customer databases and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Customer focused, action-oriented, organized with strong time-management skill
- Database management experience and strong analytical and data management aptitude
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook)
