The HR Manager is a key position within the Company. The candidate is not only responsible for the total HR function of the Company but also for setting short and long term policies to positively shape the culture of the organisation that is experiencing significant growth. Candidate with F&B retail experience is encourage to apply.
The Manager’s duties will include:
· Oversight and supervision of a team of executives responsible for the day to day HR practices and functions including but not limited to:
o administration of compensation and payroll functions.
o recruitment, on-boarding, and termination activities.
o documentation and record keeping.
· Working with stakeholders to identify, plan and execute training and development programs for employees.
· Taking charge of Employee Relations including counselling of employees for disciplinary issues.
· Use data and analysis to review / benchmark overall attractiveness of the Company’s compensation benefits and make suggestions to Management;
· Review the adequacy of existing HR policies and documentation against industry practices and make improvements / adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure that all employees and stakeholders are properly aware of Company policies and procedures, including revisions as they happen.
- Building solid bridges between Management and its employees by conducting themselves fairly and for the long term benefit of the Company.
- Ensuring transparency of employee matters such as gender mix, manpower planning, absences, discipline, grievances, etc on a timely basis.
- Any other matter as required by Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
