  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We seek a motivated and skilled Workshop Assistant Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our Engineering Division. If you have a passion for hands-on leadership, operational efficiency, and team development, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Workshop Manager in overseeing daily workshop operations.
* Coordinate and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
* Supervise and mentor workshop staff, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
* Monitor and manage equipment, tools, and inventory to minimize downtime and cost control.
* Conduct routine quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and workshop activities.

Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Automotive Engineering
* Cost-conscious, resourceful, good analytical, and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in a workshop environment with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position. (automotive or heavy machinery preferred).
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of workshop tools, spare parts, equipment, and health & safety standards.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle pressure.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
