Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk administrative tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, managing class arrangements, processing payments, and other related duties.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide customers with accurate information about services and schedules.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Supervise and provide support to company’s operations to ensure it’s consistent with the company’s philosophy, mission, and goals.
- Maintain an effective inventory system for and monitor office supplies, materials, and equipment, as well as the purchasing of the items following company’s procedures and regulations.
- Develop and carry out official documentation and filling system.
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the centre, as well as the safety of working condition and functionality of equipment needed to carry out job functions and responsibilities.
- Analyze and evaluate costs and expense budget for centre operations within approved budget.
- Communicate with the management about needs, successes and general operations of the centre.
- Support other departments in administrative tasks if required.
- Perform administrative tasks and daily operations related tasks.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a certificate/ diploma/ degree in relevant fields (if without experience)
- Required languages: English, Mandarin (Preferred)
- Positive, energetic and team-player
- Possess professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
- Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
- Training will be provided
- Work hours: Wednesday- Sunday (9:30am - 6:30 pm)
- Work location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
