We are a NGO-based Special Education Primary School located in Bandar Rimbayu specializing in academic learning for primary- age special needs students. In line with our expansion, we are seeking dedicated and passionate educators to fill following roles : Special Education Teacher (Full Time Positions Only) Key Responsibilities: • Curriculum Development: Design and adapt academic curriculum to suit the individual learning styles and needs of students with special needs. • Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities and promote academic progress in academic subjects. • Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and caregivers regarding academic achievements and areas for development. • Behavioural Support: Implement positive behaviour support strategies and classroom management techniques to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. • Professional Collaboration: Work closely with school administrators, support staff, external service providers and parents to ensure coordinated support and holistic development of each student. Qualifications: • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Special Education / Education, or a related field. • Experience working with students with special needs, particularly in an academic setting is an added advantage. • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external service providers. • Proficient in delivering lessons in English and Bahasa Malaysia Benefits: Medical and insurance coverage, bursaries for further training/studies, and accommodation arrangements where necessary.
