  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about data and eager to make an impact in the advertising industry? We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Advertising Data Coordinator, ensuring smooth operations and data-driven decision-making.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Industry: Transportation

Contract Duration: 6 months with PERSOLKELLY

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (Based on experience & qualifications)

Role Overview:
As an Advertising Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for collecting, managing, and providing critical data to support the advertising team. This role focuses on ensuring data alignment across departments and stakeholders, including financial sales data and information from concessions and business partners. Your insights will contribute to effective reporting and forecasting efforts.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years in data collection, management, and reporting, ideally with experience in financial and business partner/concession data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (CRM/reporting tools experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of data management techniques, reporting, and basic financial concepts.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in data management and operations support are encouraged to apply!
