  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duration: 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia

Salary : Up to RM4,500

Working Hours & Day :
Monday to Friday : 8.00am - 5.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Verify invoices, perform invoice processing and assist in reconciliation (when required) for Affiliates
  • Verify claims with supporting documents provided and update claim details into the Oracle system.
  • Conduct reconciliation periodically, in accordance to reimbursement policies
  • Prepare vendor reconciliation and vendor data maintenance periodically
  • Assist in resolution of invoice discrepancies with Finance function of Affiliates
  • Maintain Payment records and vendor files, as well as end-of-the-month Payment closing activities in accordance with group policies
  • Conduct data entry of accounting entries into the system and ensure that data entry is accurate
  • Prepare digital copies of records on a regular basis Check and validate quality and accuracy of information provided by Affiliates for transactions process
  • Assist with internal control activities in accordance with group policies

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting / Finance equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience is a must
  • Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge in accounting principles
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
  • Possesses team player qualities and takes initiative and ownership of assigned duties
  • Conversant in Oracle and Google/Microsoft Office Suite preferred but experience with other ERPs may be considered
