  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Recruiter

Working Hours : Monday – Friday (0800 to1730)

Company Industry : Aviation MRO

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport (3 Days office 2 Days work from Home)

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM6,000 - RM8,000 (based on qualification & education) with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years' of recruiting and sourcing experience in Malaysia
  • Experience in hiring for production level will be an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, multitasking and a team player

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in regional recruitment for ASEAN will be added advantage
  • Those with in-house or agency recruitment experience would have an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Workday is preferred
  • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
  • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively
  • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Own the design and delivery of the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities, from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all of the operational and administrative work associated with hiring. Serve as a strong business partner to business groups primarily focusing on Malaysia, understanding their talent needs and continuing to build a world-class organization.
