Location: Menara Tan & Tan, Jln Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
Industry: Oil & Gas
Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000 (Based on experience & qualifications)

Role Overview:
As a Project Cost Controller, you’ll be an integral part of the Project Finance team for the Subsea Project & Services business, providing critical financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders. You will:

  • Manage budgets across multiple projects.
  • Use the SP&S Oracle ERP system to analyze financial transactions.
  • Report total estimated project costs and forecast spending.
  • Drive business decisions to optimize financial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership teams to ensure seamless financial control.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education & Experience:

  • Strong academic background with a degree in Finance/Economics (minimum 2:1) or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, or project finance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and eager to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem solver with a customer-centric approach.
