Job Descriptions:

Administrative & Dispatching

  • You shall perform any duties or responsibility that involved document or parcel delivery.
  • You shall perform any duties or responsibility that involved sends staff from a location to another location.
  • You shall responsible on foreigner worker work permits application, renewal, cancellation and handle appeal, arrangement of FOMEMA checking, and etc.
  • You shall assist on franking machines included operate, maintain and top up credit.
  • You shall measure the weighting of document for applies value of stamp that should impose.
  • You shall responsible to ensure all outgoing mailing documents are comply with standard of POS.
  • You shall assist to carry on banking matters and settle utilities payment.
  • You shall responsible on mirror car inspection and maintenance.
  • You shall perform routine office premises inspection including office, hostel, guard house, and office equipment inspection.
  • You shall update data recording for company and hostel utilities, company vehicles yearly renewal.
  • You shall responsible about staff requisition on stationary, accommodation, business card, company car and refreshment arrangement.
  • You shall responsible about business licence renewal
  • You shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or higher in Human Resources/ Business/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience as dispatch/ HR & Admin assistant or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Possess valid car and motorcycle license with no JPJ/Police record.
  • Familiar with routes in Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (with paid OT) if required.
  • Selected applicant will work at Wisma Pelangi, Bangi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
