  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Has experience in business-to-government (B2G) marketing.
  • Understands the procedures of eProcurement, open tenders, closed tenders, and quotations from Ministries and Statutory Bodies.
  • Experienced in collaborating with government agencies or statutory bodies.
  • Possesses negotiation skills – Maintains good relationships with government officers, industry leaders, or stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable about the public sector and government policies.
  • Has experience in printing (e.g., books, reports, brochures, posters, calendars, etc.).

Identifying Opportunities:

  • Participates in events such as seminars, exhibitions, and programs organized by Ministries and Statutory Bodies to build a network.
  • Networking and Relationships: Build good relationships with Ministry or Statutory Body officials to gain more information about available opportunities and understand their current needs.
  • Always Alert to New Offers: Regularly monitors the latest offers in the eProcurement system, Ministry and Statutory Body websites, and other platforms.
  • Ability to learn about the unique needs of each ministry or statutory body.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder with any discipline
  • 2 years of industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with SME companies and approach for potential clients.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-initiative and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to join immediately will be advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
