Job Responsibilities:
- Has experience in business-to-government (B2G) marketing.
- Understands the procedures of eProcurement, open tenders, closed tenders, and quotations from Ministries and Statutory Bodies.
- Experienced in collaborating with government agencies or statutory bodies.
- Possesses negotiation skills – Maintains good relationships with government officers, industry leaders, or stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable about the public sector and government policies.
- Has experience in printing (e.g., books, reports, brochures, posters, calendars, etc.).
Identifying Opportunities:
- Participates in events such as seminars, exhibitions, and programs organized by Ministries and Statutory Bodies to build a network.
- Networking and Relationships: Build good relationships with Ministry or Statutory Body officials to gain more information about available opportunities and understand their current needs.
- Always Alert to New Offers: Regularly monitors the latest offers in the eProcurement system, Ministry and Statutory Body websites, and other platforms.
- Ability to learn about the unique needs of each ministry or statutory body.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder with any discipline
- 2 years of industry experience is an added advantage.
- Familiar with SME companies and approach for potential clients.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-initiative and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to join immediately will be advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
