  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or an equivalent field and / or professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.
  • Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience or a minimum two (2) years of experience in a related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible in preparation of management reports and information for decision making purposes and ensure all transactions were properly accounted for and reflect the Company's accounting process.
  • Journalize provisions, accruals, and other GL entries, ensuring completeness with supporting documents for Manager's approval by the 26th of each month.
  • Prepare and conclude comprehensive monthly management accounts, encompassing the Statement of Profit or Loss, Statement of Financial Position, and Statement of Cash Flows, along with detailed notes.
  • Analyze monthly income and expense trends, investigating abnormalities and collaborating with responsible parties for clarifications, suggesting accruals or provisions adjustments when necessary.
  • Perform accurate and timely monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring alignment between accounting ledgers and actual bank balances.
  • Conduct monthly data checks on Financial Analytics & Financial Reporting Centre, verifying accuracy against the Company's Management Account.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for a dormant subsidiary company.
  • Assist in the annual audit process for both the Company and its subsidiary company.
  • Prepare designated tax schedules and update the Corporate Tax Organizer, facilitating the Tax Agent in computing the Company's taxation.
  • Collaborate on system implementations, focusing on user data testing and generating ad-hoc reports as requested by Management.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc finance and accounting assignments and other relevant tasks assigned by superiors as and when required

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
