The Senior Finance and Accounts Manager will be responsible to:

  • Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and monthly reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure efficient cash flow management and working capital optimization.
  • Ensure employees adhere to financial processes and that accounting and finance processes are accurate and complete on time.
  • Develop financial systems and procedures aligned with company business strategy.
  • Lead and mentor finance and accounting ream, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible in full spectrum of the accounts and tax duties.
  • Support strategy execution for logistics and warehousing and create strategic business plans.
  • Ensure invoicing transactions are accurately documented and billed.
  • Collaborate with customers service team to facilitate timely payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
