  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Recruiter (Talent Sourcing)
Working Hours : Monday – Friday (09.00 A.M. to 06.00 P.M.)
Working Location : Menara AIA Sentral, No. 30 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur
Start Date : ASAP

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a recruiter for inhouse or external hiring.
  • Good English & Mandarin communication skills to support mandarin & cantonese speaker hiring
  • Able to work in tight dateline
  • Able to work in KPI based environment
  • Fast leaner
  • Have interested to work in recruitment agency

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks as need
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
