  • Administrative tasks as required by the business
  • Maintain our inventory and management systems
  • Reply emails and chat courteously
  • Add products into our online ecommerce system
  • Minor image design for ecommerce
  • Organize payments
  • Fill in forms diligently
  • Follow up on unfinished paperwork/documents
  • Communicate and coordinate accordingly with clients and colleagues/partners
  • Update social media and WhatsApp according to the needs of the business
  • Willing to communicate via WhatsApp outside working hours in case of necessity
  • Willing to learn and take ownership of work
