- Administrative tasks as required by the business
- Maintain our inventory and management systems
- Reply emails and chat courteously
- Add products into our online ecommerce system
- Minor image design for ecommerce
- Organize payments
- Fill in forms diligently
- Follow up on unfinished paperwork/documents
- Communicate and coordinate accordingly with clients and colleagues/partners
- Update social media and WhatsApp according to the needs of the business
- Willing to communicate via WhatsApp outside working hours in case of necessity
- Willing to learn and take ownership of work
