  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • To inspect and identifying any unsafe please of work and correcting any unsafe practice.
  • Checking sub-contractors' work to ensure compliance with the Act and the regulations made thereunder.
  • Assist to inspect employees PPE and Machinery.
  • To assist Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to carry our daily surveillance at workplace/site complete with check list signed.
  • Prepare, develop, review and revise the OSH management system such as procedure, work instruction, HIRARC documents as instructed by HOD.
  • Assist and participate in OSH Management audit mainly with DOSH to improve knowledge and OSH competency.
  • Assist the team to update safety communication tools not limited to induction package, induction videos, safety campaign banner, safety performance, etc.
  • Conduct safety briefing to employee, contractors and visitors as and when required.
  • To conduct Safety Induction to new employee & contractors' workers
  • Assist and participate in inspection and audit not limited to internally, externally, machineries, facilities as and when required.
  • Assist and participate in incident investigate and report on root causes for incidents and ensure the corrective action is taken by respective department.
  • Assist Safety Manager in establishing and running the implementation of Plant Emergency Management which include planning for drills and continuous communication with team members.
  • Assist to develop any related Safety & Health training materials for safety program and safety promotional media content.
  • To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures, 5S practice and
  • To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
