  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Petra Jaya Properties, an established property development and property management company based in Kuching is seeking a motivated individual to oversee and manage our projects as Site Supervisor - Mechanical & Electrical (M&E). If you have a passion for construction, a strong background and excellent supervisory skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage M&E of the projects from inception to completion;
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines;
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site;
  • Coordinate work with contractor and subcontractor;
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards;
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to Project Managers;
  • Resolve on-site issues and conflicts on time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or a related field; or
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor;
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials/ mechanical and electrical systems and safety regulations;
  • Excellent supervisory skills, good team player and communication skills;
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
