Executive, HRA
Employee Relation:
1. Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.
2.Promote a positive workplace culture through proactive engagement initiatives.
3.Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management.
Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and collective agreements.
2.Monitor and update HR policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
3.Provide guidance to management on disciplinary actions and policy implementation.
Industrial Dispute Management:
1. Represent the company in negotiations, disputes or hearings with employees
2.Prepare documentation and evidence for labor court cases, if necessary.
3. Work closely with legal counsel to address industrial disputes and minimize risks.
Employee Engagement
1. Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.
2.Organize employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys or focus groups, and act on insights to improve workplace satisfaction.
Security Management:
1.Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
2.Ensure the safety of employees, facilities, and company assets.
3.Monitor and evaluate security systems, access controls, and surveillance systems.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
