  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

· To perform sampling of starting materials (APIs and excipients), packaging materials (vials, ampoules, rubber closures, flip-off seals, labels, package inserts and printed cartons), in-process products, finished products and utilities (water, pure steam and nitrogen) according to sampling instructions and other Quality Control procedures.

· Responsible for the analysis of samples; water, starting materials, packaging materials, in-process products, finished products, stability samples and testing of miscellaneous samples (eg: for process equipment performance qualification, cleaning validation) according to approved specifications, sampling instructions, test methods and other Quality Control procedures.

· To conduct non-viable environmental monitoring of clean rooms (particle) as per procedures.

· To perform cleaning and sanitizing activities in sampling room as required.

· To record all results and data in dedicated worksheet, form and logbook.

· To assist chemist on purchasing of Chemistry Laboratory assets and consumables (CAPEX and OPEX).

· To monitor the inventory of laboratory consumables eg: chemicals, reagents, standards.

· To assist on the laboratory equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).

· To assist chemist on the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment’s.

· To perform calibration of laboratory glassware’s.

· To prepare and standardize volumetric solutions when necessary.

· To prepare test solutions and indicators where necessary.

· To involve in analytical method transfer exercise (AMTE) between PRC and PLS laboratories.

· To do proper segregation, recording and storage of all wastes related to Chemistry Laboratory.

· To handle laboratory waste according to local regulatory requirement prior to disposal to Kualiti Alam.

· To assist chemist on temperature and relative humidity monitoring in the laboratory and related equipments.

· To keep adherence with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) e.g.: cleaning, housekeeping and labeling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
