Principal Responsibilities:
- Ensure deliveries reach the designated person.
- Perform general office/administrative tasks.
- Collect and delivery documents to all assigned areas.
- To do banking related matters and paying bills (If any).
- Assist to oversee office maintenance and facilities.
- Able to maintain punctuality attendance and safekeeping document records properly.
- Receiving and distributing company mail and parcel.
- Update daily despatch records and mileage record.
- To ensure and inspect the engine, oil, tires and other items related to the vehicle are in good condition by conduct daily inspections and report to the Head of Department if there is damage or unsafe condition to the vehicle.
- To ensure and responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle and report to the Head of Department if there is damage to the vehicle.
- To be alert on the inspection, license, road tax and permit expiry dates.
- To comply with all statutory laws, OSH, QMS and in house rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and requirements.
- To understand and support the OSH and QMS policies and objectives.
- Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month

- Bandar Baru Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Required)
Experience:
- Dispatching: 2 years (Required)
- Klang Valley area: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- B2 & D (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Required)
