- Assist and support to manage all the sales related activity in Sales Dept.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance to them.
- Assist to meet agreed annual sales quotas / target.
- To promote company products or to initiate sales prospecting of the company product.
- Liaison between Sales, Production Planner and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restrains. Communicate and reporting of customer's shipment status.
- Identify product improvement or new product in industry by remain current on industry trends, market and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data. Backup Sales & Admin team member during their unavailability.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending discussions, meetings, workshops; establishing personal networks or reviewing professional publications.
- Ensure Sales Reports are prepared accurately within deadlines and submitted to HOD.
- Work closely with QA/QC Dept., Planning, Production and Engineering Dept. on customer complaint, technical related issues or inquiry and requests to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor A/R aging for assigned key account.
- To assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
