1) To attend customers, certification bodies and related compliance audit.
2) Work hand-in-hand with Human Resource and Administration team to conduct safety & health orientation and to handle grievances of foreign worker to ensure the company policies are clearly understood and adhere to.
3) To monitor compliance with state / local safety regulations and renew DOSH related license.
4) Be point of contact with regulating bodies such DOSH, DOE and JBPM.
5) Organize and deliver Safety and Health orientations, briefing and trainings for employees including new hire and visitor.
6) To participate actively in Safety Committee activities, programs and initiatives.
7) Conduct risk assessments (i.e., HIRARC etc.), review annually.
8) Enforce preventive-measures for ESH.
9) Organize and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and report purpose.
10) Responsible in company fire safety matter such as Monthly Inspection Fire Fighting Equipment and follow up equipment servicing / maintenance and non-compliance.
11) Organize 1st Aid Boxes and fire system monthly inspection and prepare reports for management and applicable authorities.
12) Create safety awareness program in company and hostel area, also conduct quarterly safety inspection.
13) Ensure all near-missed, incidents, accidents, violations and determine potential cause(s) are recorded completely in timely manner.
14) Check and comply with those related to EQA 1974 and prepare all EMS related documents. (Train production workers on handling waste generation and comply to EMS requirements).
15) Liaising with the DOE Officers and Environment Auditors for the timely conduct of the compliance.
16) Liaise with insurance and PERKESO for related worker insurance claim matter.
17) To perform any other duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
