  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in injection molding processes, maintenance of molding machines, and ensuring product quality through the entire production cycle.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance activities in line with daily production schedules, ensuring work orders are completed on time while upholding high-quality standards and minimizing equipment breakdowns.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, tightening, inspections, and minor repairs or replacements.
  • Disassemble, clean, and repair equipment, both mechanically and electrically, as needed.
  • Conduct routine servicing and repairs of molds, machines, and equipment to ensure they remain in optimal working condition.
  • Maintain accurate daily records in technical check sheets for machines, tooling, and equipment.
  • Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks according to the scheduled plan, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  • Oversee inventory management for parts and supplies, ensuring necessary components are always available.
  • Ensure consistent equipment performance and optimal throughput, minimizing downtime.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions to the designated supervisor.
  • Maintain and update necessary reports, logs, charts, and other tracking tools as required.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
