You will be heading the Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre ensuring seamless implementation of technology changes through effective Testing, Training and Documentation. Product verticals supported are Cash/ Payments/ Trade / Loans/ Channels Operations Centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple teams to ensure successful execution of project initiatives
  • Manage Wholesale Readiness Center operations, including addressing and resolving escalation cases
  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and Head Office on project planning and resource management.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and functional specifications or user stories.
  • Ensure the team provides operational readiness support and conducts training on new systems or enhancements for impacted operations and business users.
  • Offer post-implementation support to operational users.
  • Prepare, review, and submit management reports in line with the Bank’s Software Development Framework.
  • Create and submit weekly, biweekly, and monthly assurance check reports.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and achieve excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience preferably in financial institutions
  • Extensive experience in operations, particularly in SWIFT standards across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Loans, or Channels operations.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in testing processes and managing the test lifecycle.
  • Proficient in computer applications with advanced analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading multiple teams effectively.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to resolve issues and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across various functions and organizational levels.
  • Mature, dynamic leader with strong influencing, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skilled in human resource planning, team development, and staff management.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM200,000.00 - RM265,000.00 per year
