Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner between HR and business units, proactively supporting and enhancing the achievement of business objectives.
- Advise and collaborate with HR specialist teams and the Talent team in developing and executing key strategic initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance to business managers on HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives by assessing and analyzing workforce trends, addressing survey insights, and implementing action plans to mitigate turnover.
- Offer strategic input on organizational restructuring and workforce planning to optimize business performance.
- Drive talent development strategies, including leadership talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee manpower planning and workforce cost management to align with the company’s Rollout Planning (RP) objectives.
- Manage performance management and compensation cycles in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence, ensuring financial efficiency, workforce motivation, and strong management oversight.
- Provide coaching and guidance to management on employee relations, corrective actions, terminations, and other employment matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.
- Facilitate learning and development programs as needed, fostering internal capability-building to support succession planning.
Key Requirements
- A degree in any discipline; however, experience in HR-related roles and people-centric projects is highly advantageous.
- Preferably 8–10 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to enhance organizational effectiveness through HR solutions and best practices.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry and the organization's operations to effectively align HR initiatives with business needs.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels and manage key stakeholders.
- Analytical and results-driven, with a commitment to executing initiatives successfully.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Passionate about working with people and driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM216,000.00 - RM240,000.00 per year
