Manager, Staffing and Mobility
You will be working closely with senior management in the company to optimize the workforce which directly impacts profitability. You will also be working closely with other HR teams and engage regularly with consultants to understand their development needs, career ambitions and find the right development opportunities for them via project allocations.
You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills as you will be dealing with the high-calibre consulting team on a daily basis. Thinking on your feet and problem-solving capability is also a must give the complex and ambiguous situations this role is exposed to regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to optimize consultant placement on projects.
- Stay informed about upcoming projects and their staffing needs.
- Negotiate with Partners to balance skills and experience across teams.
- Advise on team composition, considering client needs, skill alignment, and consultant growth.
- Manage Consultants' staffing needs, development goals, and project placements.
- Regularly update Partners and office heads on project pipelines and capacity needs.
- Participate in Career Development meetings to offer staffing insights and understand consultants' development needs.
- Solve problems to balance the needs of Partners, clients, and Consultants effectively.
- Contribute to Regional Asia Pacific and Global teams, introducing best practices and new initiatives to Southeast Asia.
- Enhance process efficiency by implementing new policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align staffing with case commercials for profitability.
- Maintain accurate and current data on staffing and projects.
Key Requirements

- Extensive Human Resources experience, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment.
- Skilled in using Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experienced in managing multiple and competing priorities.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality.
- Confident in engaging with senior management independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM96,000.00 - RM144,000.00 per year
