The Designer plays a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering creative design solutions for digital marketing campaigns. This role requires strong collaboration with writers, editors, videographers, and developers to produce cohesive, high-quality work within deadlines. The Designer ensures that all campaign assets align visually and maintain brand consistency and equity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively presenting ideas and collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business strategies and objectives, delivering added value to their plans and projects.
- Support internal stakeholders with the creation and execution of high-quality creative materials that align with strategic plans.
- Coordinate and prioritize design projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the timely delivery of high-quality, brand-compliant assets.
- Collaborate with the content production and digital engagement teams to create actionable messaging tailored for diverse distribution channels, including digital activation and amplification.
- Generate innovative and impactful content that adds value and resonates with target audiences.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions, refining briefs, evaluating tactics, and integrating considerations like localization and the balance between digital and print needs.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and alignment of all content with brand identity, maintaining a cohesive “look and feel” across corporate, industry, event, and digital media assets.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring consistent representation of brand equity across all media channels.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment, working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong skills in ideation, conceptualization, and originality, with a visually driven creative approach.
- Passion for design and storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling visual narratives tailored to specific audiences.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Figma.
- Confident in presenting and advocating creative ideas to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with online and digital marketing strategies and tactics is a strong advantage.
- Resourceful, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a corporate setting.
- Proactive, innovative, and committed to raising the quality of work and challenging the status quo.
